Welcome, students and parents! In Veterinary Sciences, students have the opportunity to gain valuable hard and soft skills that will help prepare them for a future in the animal sciences. My goal is to give students the opportunity to explore Veterinary Sciences through hands-on experience in order to determine if a career in the field is right for them.
Veterinary Medical Applications: Periods: 1,3, & 4-5
Vet Assisting: Periods: 6 & 7
I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science in 2016 and Master of Science in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication in 2017. I am thrilled to be teaching at Miller Career & Technology Center!
Throughout college, I had the opportunity to work with and train future service dogs. I have always had a passion for animals, dogs in particular, and I am excited to share that along with my experience!
I truly enjoy working with high school students and challenging them to reach their highest potential. I hope that students will leave my classroom with not only content knowledge, but work ethic, integrity, and a passion for whatever path they choose to take in life. Feel free to contact me via email or phone!
