Student Council

The Exley Elementary student council will:

Promote leadership and citizenship

Build and encourage friendship across grade levels

Be role models to encourage all students to strive for their highest potential

Help promote school spirit and pride

Respect all citizens and groups in our community

Raise money to fund future service activities in the school and community

Student Council is composed of elected 3rd, 4th and 5th grade representatives, as well as a board of 5th grade elected officers. These elections are held during the first 9 weeks and only students in the grade level can vote for representatives and officers. The Student Council meets every 3rd Thursday of the month in the LGI from 7:45 A.M. (when the front doors open) to 8:10 A.M. Their goal is to improve Exley Elementary through recycling, school beautification, and support for teachers and students.
